河北经贸大学信息技术学院服务外包培训基地以河北经贸大学为依托建立，能够提供研发、数据分析、整体解决方案、系统测试服务、动漫设计、教学课件设计等信息技术外包服务，并能提供相关的专业人才培训。基地成立以来先后与共兴达信息技术有限公司、北京赛尔凯达信息技术有限公司、河北新龙科技股份有限公司等六家企业合作，培训服务外包人才累计六百余人。
近期计划扩大培训规模和培训内容的范围，愿与相关企业合作共赢。
The Instruction Manual Of Outsourcing Services Training Base Supported By The Information Technology College Of Hebei University Of Economics And Business
The Outsourcing Services Training Base which is based on Hebei University Of Economics And Business can provides a lot of outsourcing services including research design、data analysis、the overall solution program、system testing、animation design、courseware design and so on，and training of the relevant professional. Since the establishment of the base, it has cooperated with Gongxingda Company、Purcell Qaeda Company 、Xinlongkeji Company and another 3 companies，and has trained more than 600 engaged in Outsourcing Services.
Recently, we have plans to expand the scale and content of training and hope Win-win cooperation with relevant companies
