为落实河北省服务外包产业发展精神，积极培训服务外包业务需要的人才，2012年石家庄经济学院作为首个“河北省服务外包人才培训基地”正式启动。已对600余人进行JAVA软件开发、软件测试、呼叫中心等业务培训，并承接了企业部分工作任务，提供实习岗位240个，就业人数达200人，实现高质量就业。
2013年我校投资324万元成功建立商业智能外包人才培养基地，培养基地下设“数据处理与展现实验室”和“商业智能外包实训实验室”两个实验室；开设数据库、数据仓库以及COGNOS, SPSS 等数据分析软件实训课程；掌握数据的抽取，转换及装载、大数据报表、在线分析、数据可视化、数据挖掘等技术。力争建成河北省内乃至全国高级商业智能师资培训和人才培训中心。
围绕“十二五”规划，我校积极拓展信息技术外包(ITO)，大力发展业务流程外包(BPO)，全面支持商业智能（BI）外包。把与企业合作定向培训作为主要发展模式，培养国际化、复合型服务人才。
To implement the developing spirit of service outsourcing industry in Hebei province, and training talents for service outsourcing industry. Shijiazhuang University of Economics officially initiates the first “Training base of Service outsourcing in Hebei province” and sets up training laboratory in 2012.
Up to now, the base has trained more than six hundred students for Java software development, software testing and call center business. Meanwhile, it undertakes some tasks such as data entry and data analysis from the enterprise. It provides 240 internships, 200 of which get jobs. On the whole, our graduates have achieved high rate in employment.
Our university invests 324oooo RMB and successfully establishes outsourcing talent training base of smart-oriented business mode. The laboratory of data process and presentation and smart-oriented business mode training ate affiliated with the training base. It sets up data analysis and software training laboratory such as database and COGMOS SPSS, and also sets up technology such as grasps the extraction , alteration ,loading of data, big data statement , on-line analysis, visualized data and data extraction in a bid to develop into the advanced smart-oriented business teacher training and talent training center at the Hebei province and national level.
Focusing on the national Twelfth Five- Year Plan, our training base has aggressively expanded information technology outsourcing (IPO) and develop business process outsourcing(BPO). It takes the prospective training with enterprise as the main mode of development, and finally to cultivate internationally-developed and multi-mode talents.
